About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you will operate and program mills and lathes to produce high-quality components that meet exact specifications. You’ll be responsible for setup, monitoring, and continuous improvement of machining processes, ensuring safety and efficiency in every task.

Key Responsibilities Operate and program HAAS and MAZAK mills/lathes to produce precision parts. Set up machines and monitor production output for quality and accuracy. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Perform quality checks and make necessary adjustments to maintain tolerances. Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all plant safety rules. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. Qualifications
Required: Must pass the written Class 1 Fabricator test. Experience operating and programming CNC mills/lathes (HAAS and/or MAZAK). Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting as required. Must supply own safety toe shoes and wear long pants and short/long sleeve shirts (no tank tops). Preferred: Experience with metal processing and machining in a unionized environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Why Join Us

Pay Details: $27.93 per hour
