**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician and Precision Grind Technician (Night Shift)** **Job Description** We are urgently seeking dedicated Manufacturing Technicians and Precision Grind Technicians to join our night shift team. These roles are critical to our production workflow, offering the opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment effectively. + Monitor production quality and troubleshoot issues promptly. + Follow safety and quality standards diligently. + Log time and production quantities accurately using LYNQ software. + Review work orders to understand material and time requirements. + Keep production and maintenance logs up to date. + Monitor and improve processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste. + Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. + Identify and correct defects promptly. + Keep the work area clean and organized according to 5S standards. + Load/unload machines and perform safe starts. + Run wheel dressing programs and adjust setups. + Inspect parts with a 10x loupe and fine-tune with hand files. + Troubleshoot and diagnose machine issues. + Perform manual and automated surface grinding. + Use gauge blocks to adjust angles and hone/sharpen blades. + Debur using buffing wheels to remove burrs and polish parts. + Train and support less experienced team members. + Participate in inventory counts and 5S activities. + Provide feedback for process improvements. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a manufacturing environment. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Willingness to work night shifts. + Proficiency in hand tools and power tools, machine operating. + Computer skills and proficiency in quality control. + Mechanical aptitude and multitasking ability. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with laser cutting, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW is a plus. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the chance to go direct after 90 days, providing stability and growth opportunities.
