**Job Title: Pressing Machine Operator** **Job Description** As a Pressing Machine Operator, you will work in the Production/Pressing Department, a separate facility from the Processing Department. Here, bricks are manufactured using robots and press machines. Your role involves loading and unloading molds into machines and entering specific data into computer systems based on daily mix sheets that dictate the types and shapes of bricks to be produced. This fast-paced job requires teamwork, as you will collaborate with 3-4 people to manage two press machines. **Responsibilities** + Utilize forklifts to load and unload molds, performing necessary changeovers. + Input information into computer systems accurately. + Move carts filled with bricks and stack them on pallets. + Troubleshoot machines for basic issues before contacting maintenance, requiring mechanical knowledge and basic math skills. + Participate in a one-hour clean-up of the station at the end of each shift. **Essential Skills** + Forklift operation experience is highly preferred. + Ability to multitask and maintain precision in operations. + Strong basic math skills, including adding and multiplying. + Proficiency in navigating computer systems for data entry and verification. + A strong emphasis on safety awareness. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.56 - $24.56/hr.
