Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to efficiently manage the bottling and capping of peppers on our production line. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the production process, monitor product levels, and perform light preventative maintenance. This role involves working collaboratively with a small team and flexibility to assist in other departments as needed.

Work Environment

Work in a bustling packing house with active forklifts and machinery. The work schedule includes a 6am start time with a 4/10 schedule, which can be Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. During the season start, expect a 5/8 schedule with extended hours.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Paula, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
