**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
**Pay:** $17-$20/hr based on experience
A machine operator in a production area will manage materials, communicate with supervisors, perform preventative maintenance, and strive for continuous improvement on the assigned work center. Machine operating experience is required as well as mechanical knowledge. The operator should be a quick learner, pay attention to detail, work under pressure and with precision. Good housekeeping of all work centers is essential for producing consistent quality and improving production efficiencies. Communication with various team members, from management to peers, is a high priority. Working alongside our team of engineers to improve our processes will allow the applicant to develop skills that encourage growth within the company.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is hot in the summer and cool in the winter. The company is a woodworking facility, so employees must be comfortable working in a dusty environment at times. The dress code includes wearing jeans and a t-shirt, and safety glasses will be provided.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.

**Workplace Type**
