Machine Operator 3rd Shift
Adecco is seeking an experienced Lead Machine Operator for our client’s 3rd shift team. This temp-to-hire position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in manufacturing and demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience. You’ll be responsible for overseeing production processes, maintaining equipment operation, and supporting team efficiency and safety during the overnight shift. **Location:** Gates **Pay Rate:** $19 - $20/hr (Pay increase upon conversion) **Shift:** 3rd shift **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate, load, and unload various types of production equipment safely and efficiently + Conduct routine inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards + Maintain cleanliness of work area and perform housekeeping duties as required + Ensure materials are supplied to production lines as needed **Qualifications:** + Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment required + Previous leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred **_Apply now for immediate consideration!!_** **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
