**Job Title: Machine Operator | Up to $23/HR** **Job Description** Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Operator, where you will be responsible for setting up and operating metal forming equipment. This role offers the opportunity to work on various shifts, ensuring flexibility in scheduling and an engaging work environment. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate metal forming equipment, including cutback saws and stamping presses. + Perform changeovers for shear dies and conduct visual and quality inspections using calipers and micrometers. + Utilize basic math skills and a tape measure for quality checks and saw operations. + Lift up to 50 lbs and assist material handlers with coils and steel. + Complete documentation for completed jobs and utilize a micrometer to measure the thickness of metal. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical maintenance and operation of stamping presses. + Proficiency in using a tape measure to the 32nd inch. + Mechanically inclined with experience in machine repair and operation. + Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring physical endurance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have at least 1 year of press operator experience. + Experience with slitter machines and turret punch press is a plus. + Ability to work all shifts and possess metatarsal boot covers. **Why Work Here?** Experience a supportive and family-oriented workplace where employees are valued and encouraged to grow.
