**Job Title: Machine Operator $20/hr.** **Shift :** 6:45 am to 6:45 pm - 6:45 pm to 6:45 am 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday 10:30 pm to 7:00 am Sunday to Thursday 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm Monday to Friday shift differentials of $1.50 for mids and $1.75 for nights. **Job Description** + Possess working knowledge and experience with labeler operations, monitoring for jams and threading wrap. + Perform filler and filler line changeovers safely and efficiently. + Make adjustments to filler timing and filling as needed. + Prepare equipment for next runs, including size changes. + Analyze process data and equipment performance to improve quality and throughput. + Troubleshoot equipment and process issues. + Monitor weights, seals, caps, and general packaging of products. + Prepare case labels and review product labels for accuracy. + 1+ years of machine operating experience. + 6+ months of tape measure experience. + 6+ months of computer operation experience. + Proficient in the use of hand tools. **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy comprehensive benefits including Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA). The environment is loud. Blending positions require working outdoors year-round, climbing on railcars, and attaching large hoses, which is very physical. Packaging roles are indoors, where it can be hot in the summer and normal temperature in the winter. Responsibilities include inspecting packaging machines, making minor adjustments, and performing lockout-tagout procedures. The team size is approximately 90 people per shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Council Bluffs, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
