**Machine Operating** Adecco is now hiring for a Machine Operating position at a local client in Indianapolis, IN. Weekly pay starts at $18.00-$22.00 per hour. Apply today and join a dynamic team! + Associate degree preferred + 2+ years related work experience required + Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills + Ability to approach challenges with a proactive and problem-solving mindset + Collaborative and Adaptable Team Member + Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures + Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders + Measure, examine, and test completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications + Assist in set-ups of simple (uncomplicated and straightforward) jobs and operate conventional, special-purpose, and computerized numerical control (CNC) machines + Machine centers to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts and fit and assemble machined parts into complete units, applying knowledge of machine shop theory and procedures, shop mathematics, machinability of materials, and layout techniques + Run multiple machines at one time Schedule: + 1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
