Machine Maintenance Technician III, 2nd Shift – Onsite, Loveland, CO

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Location: Loveland, Colorado (Onsite)
 

Role Summary
 

The Machine Maintenance Technician III is responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of advanced manufacturing equipment. This includes troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines, injection molding machines, auxiliaries, and other production equipment, developing preventive maintenance plans, and mentoring junior technicians. The role plays a key part in ensuring high machine uptime and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot and repair CNC mills/lathes and injection molding machines

Perform expert-level preventive maintenance tasks

Develop work plans for emergency repairs

Lead and audit maintenance procedures

Coach and support less experienced technicians

Promote continuous improvement through Kaizen and DBS initiatives

Requirements

4+ years of experience in a similar technician role

Associate’s degree or equivalent technical experience

Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing CNC and injection molding machines (preferred)

Strong mechanical and technical problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and communicate technical information effectively
