System One is currently seeking a Machine Maintenance Tech for an industry-leading client near Mt. Pleasant, PA. Required Skills: + Must have industrial equipment repair experience. + Experience with preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs. + Able to read schematics and troubleshoot a variety of systems. + Must have knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. + Needs to have a strong understanding of control wiring and PLCs. Deliverables: + Experience working on a variety of industrial systems such as compressors, dryers, vacuum generators, liquid systems, pumps, piping, flow control, 3-phase motors, variable frequency drives, stepper drives, temperature process controls, chillers, motors, and conveyor belts. + Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment including motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and other various production machines. + Read and follow operations manuals, diagrams and sketches, and engineering specifications. + Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions. + Adjust mechanical, electrical, and control systems to optimize the process. + Inform production team of scheduled routine preventative maintenance. + Monitor equipment for proper operation.
