As a Machine Maintenance, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Machine Maintenance **Location:** Charlevoix, MI **Pay Range: $ 23. per hour** **What's the Job?** + Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment. + Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs. + Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes. **What's Needed?** Repair and maintain as noted above by abiding all OSHA regulations, company safety policies and procedures and by using common sense when working around or involved in a potentially unsafe condition.
