We work on unsolved problems by applying ML to all aspects of VLSI from Front-end design to Backend and Digital and Analog circuits, with tons of data (each chip has billions of transistors). You will be expected to work in a cross-functional team of ML, CAD, IT, Digital/Analog Design experts on identifying new opportunities to design and explore advanced ML techniques, developing and deploying production-ready software to design teams, with an opportunity to contribute to one of the emerging new frontiers in ML innovation in this large space of unsolved problems. **What We Are Looking For** + An amazing team player is most important! + Strong mathematical background + Experience in engineering competitive ML solutions + Hands-on programming is a must (PyTorch, TensorFlow) + Strong analytical and communication skills + Ability to pick up new skills and apply to new areas **A Strong Plus For** + Knowledge/expertise in computational geometry + Expertise in topological deep learning + Experience with deep learning for clouds of points or sets + Skills in generative modelling + Expertise in multi-modal deep learning (e.g., object segmentation, VLM) + Experience with reinforcement learning (especially RL for chip design) & RLHF + Experience in training large models (e.g., pretraining, finetuning) + Experience with VLSI chip design (verification, physical design, timing, etc) + Experience with MLOps SW (from development to deployment) **Minimum Qualifications:** • Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
