Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer. Summary: We're looking for a forward-thinking AI Solutions Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has transitioned from a software or data background into AI and is passionate about applying cutting-edge technologies in highly regulated industries such as banking or healthcare. The Machine Learning Engineer will work on impactful use cases-like using Gen AI to extract compliance requirements from regulations or summarize audit reports-to help drive intelligent automation and decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities: * Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on Generative AI, LangChain, and NLP * Develop solutions that are not tied to a specific LLM, allowing flexibility and innovation * Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing applications in both batch and real-time environments * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and compliance support * Write clean, efficient Python code; Java experience is a plus * Create and maintain detailed documentation including model specs, data dictionaries, and code annotations * Optimize and manage data pipelines using SQL (Hive/PySpark); NoSQL experience is a plus * Leverage GitHub and CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment * Navigate AI/ML governance processes, especially within regulated environments * Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices
