Responsibilities:
Start, operate, and monitor automated assembly machines from a power-off state
Interpret and respond to machine faults; perform basic adjustments as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and cleanliness protocols
Perform work order setups in electronic batch record and inventory systems
Read and interpret gauges, dials, and machine outputs
Inspect and test products visually to ensure quality standards are met
Weigh, count, package, and label finished products accurately
Document production records and work order information as required
Cross-train and rotate between multiple machines and stations
Handle materials such as solvents, glue, and solder safely and appropriately
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Previous experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom setting
High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple machine types and tasks
Education:
High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to read and understand written instructions and procedures
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
Able to sit or stand for the duration of the shift
Capable of repetitively moving and lifting up to 20 lbs
Must pass employment assessment (if no GED or high school diploma)
**12-hour shift (2-2-3 schedule) ? includes weekends, alternating days off
**Monday?Friday ? AM or Swing shift
