Kforce has a client that is seeking a Hybrid Mac OS Desktop Engineer to join their team in McLean, VA. Duties: * Provide Tier 2/3 support for macOS devices, escalating when necessary * Administer macOS devices using Microsoft Intune, including Configuration profiles; Compliance policies; Application deployment; Custom scripting (Bash, PowerShell) * Develop and implement macOS onboarding workflows using Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) * Collaborate closely with the Workstation Management and Helpdesk teams to ensure seamless deployment and support * Create and maintain technical documentation for macOS support, deployment, and configuration * Assist with end-user support when escalated from the Helpdesk; Assist with training Helpdesk and field technicians in Support Services team
