Role Purpose
Plan and execute move activities for Rest of Asia (area) in co-ordination with various stakeholders and with support from Facilities.
Work with MAC program Lead to plan and monitor the MAC program execution within ROA.
Oversee the MAC regional data delivery, coordinating with local teams to provide the right oversight over multiple data systems (FMS, Phone Tool and other tools) and ensuring quality and accuracy in all levels of data management and reporting.
Coordinate MAC activity between multiple projects with relevant partners
Coordinate with MAC program Lead to develop program documentation for the area and maintain project execution documentation
Support the delivery of program outcomes in line with program strategy, tenants and regional deliverables,
Aligning or realigning deliverables with program outcomes through continuous improvement

Moves, Adds, Changes (Project Manager)
Plan and develop move projects with regional teams ensuring compliance with established processesSupport ROA team defining appropriate schedule, partners, milestones and dependencies for move projectsPlan and manage deployment of physical and financial resources to meet project milestones with local teamsCoordinate move project delivery with regional team ensuring correct delegation of tasksSupport the ROA team developing and implementing customer communication planSupport ROA team by organizing, conducting or participating on project meetingsPerforming move project time management analysis, Identifying and addressing problems and risks and build respective metricsSupport regional team delivering floor plan management activities with regional partnersCoordinate with Facilities team for floor plan audit projects within the regional tools of governance ensuring compliance within ROA.Be a point of contact for all move management activities within ROA.Collaborate with ROA RPM, Occupancy Planners, Facility Managers, Project Managers and Construction Managers to establish move project goals and objectivesSupport MAC program lead administering regional finance process with MAC suppliers, and contribute to site FM’s budget and forecasting exercisesReport on regional churn, cost metrics, post-move surveys and volumetric move data for the regionReport on project status and update tracking, maintaining files for due diligence and financials for the regionSpace Data Management:
Support MAC program Lead administering data management reporting and performance within ROASupport and monitor the regional delivery for accurate assigned locations within FMS, Phone Tool and other tools.Support and monitor the regional delivery of new hire and internal transfers assignments within FMS system and any other toolsSupport and monitor the regional delivery of data audits within business and technological systemsSupport and monitor the regional delivery of Physical Auditing spaces for changes and working with Occupancy Planning / Space Data Managers for updatesCustomer engagement
Support the regional team organizing and conducting customer move preparation meetingsSupport the regional survey service quality, gather feedback and follow up on customer challenges and benefitsEnsure program delivery of a great customer experience throughout service providedContinuous improvement
Support MAC Program Lead with process improvement ensuring update schedule for policies, SOP and processes.Support MAC Program Lead with service improvement in accordance to regional and global strategy and visionSupport MAC Program Lead in establishing and implementing overall program visionApply quality management principles and processesOther Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with global, regional team for deliverables within ROA in partnership with MAC program lead.Participation in planning meetings hosted by the client, Occupancy & Space Planning and other key stakeholdersSupport the global and regional team in overseeing the audit of GREF and Directory floor plans and FMS floor plans that are maintained by RPM team.Key Interactions
