We are seeking a talented M365 Systems Engineer Senior to lead our efforts in adopting new features, assisting with rollout plans, and supporting the migration of on-premises services to the cloud environment keeping the end user’s experience your priority.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud computing and M365, recommending enhancements or optimizationsAssist in developing and executing rollout plans for new M365 features and services, ensuring smooth adoption across the organizationCollaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to assess current on-premises services and develop migration strategies to M365 and AzureLead the implementation and configuration of M365 and Azure cloud services, adhering to best practices and security standardsProvide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to M365 and Azure cloud environmentsMonitor performance, availability, and reliability of M365 and Azure services, implementing proactive measures for continual service improvementEnsure compliance with data security and governance policies in M365 and Azure environmentsCollaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve complex technical issues and enhance service delivery

Responsibilities include:

As an M365 System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining M365 architecture and Azure platformsProvides expertise in high availability, contingency planning, and automated provisioningCollaborates with enterprise architecture team and other stakeholders to determine enterprise tools, technologies, and processesResponsible for delivering an end-to-end M365 architecture solution across domainsProvide support as technical expert to assist with identifying and developing new customer opportunities. As such, answer questions, consult, and/or develop presentations for potential customersAnalyze customer requirements and business demands to assess design/technology alternatives and propose solutionsKnowledge with all areas of Microsoft 365 from a user and administrator within Exchange Online, SharePoint online, Power Platform, Teams, and other M365 applicationsCreation of comprehensive SOPs, Deployment, and Test plans. Plans to include flow charts and diagrams

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science, or equivalent experience plus 5+ years of related experienceKnowledgeable within all administrative areas of M365 to include Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and TeamsStrong knowledge with conditional access policies and collaborationData Loss Prevention Policies and Sensitive Information TypesData Lifecycle and Records Management (Retention Labels, Retention Policies)eDiscovery and Compliance BoundariesInformation Protection Sensitivity Labels

Required Certifications:

Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals OR higher

Desired Certifications (1 or more):

Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator AssociateMicrosoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate

​Location: Onsite at the ITC in Bossier City, LA within a 60 mile radius, preferred.
