Job Description Insight Global is looking for a M365 Desktop Engineer to join one of the worlds largest financial clients in Salt Lake City, UT sitting onsite five days a week. They will be joining the Enterprise Technology Operations group on the Client Response Services Team. This is a global support team that is responsible for providing hands on technical IT support for internal and external users across the firm. Overall, this person will be responsible for providing advanced-level technical support, troubleshooting complex issues and working closely with global teams to ensure seamless service and delivery. This person must have a deep understanding of technology infrastructure which includes, hardware, software, networking, cloud services and security. Skills and Requirements -10+ years of experience supporting Windows operating systems -Extensive experience troubleshooting and customizing O365 and M365 products -Scripting with Powe shell to write commands -SharePoint management experience to create custom workflows, list views and automated workflows -Financial industry experience -Microsoft O365 and/or Exchange Server certified
