A Day in the Life• The Intern will be a member of the Engineering R&D team working on the development and support of medical devices.• Intern work closely with other members of the engineering staff to provide technical solutions to engineering problems.
• The Intern will involve in the creation of design documentation, software code, test plans, and other project artifacts.
SUMMARY OF POSITION
· The Intern will be a member of the Engineering R&D team working on the development and support of medical devices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Adheres to defined Systems Verification and Validation engineering policies, standards and procedures.
· Understand the System requirements.
· Develop Test strategy, test method execution and report results for the assigned system requirements, High level requirements and sub system requirements.
· Demonstrates good documentation practices.
· Functions well in a team environment.
· Formulate, deliver and/or manage assigned projects to achieve desired results.
· Deliver initiatives related to new technologies or therapies – from design to implementation using specialized knowledge and skills.
· Makes minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY
· Test Method Development, Root Cause Analysis, Capability studies, Fixture Qualification, Statistical process control, Risk Management & Non-Product software validation
· Validate HW/SW Fixtures and Test Methods
· Write validation protocols and reports based on requirement inputs
· Filing of documentation and drawings for approval
· Responsible for the end-to-end process involved in demonstrating the System meets our product requirements.
· Participate in the documentation, communication, and review of undesirable test outcomes, and/or design enhancements, and determine impact of changes to test plans
· Good communication skills
EDUCATION
· Required: B.E or B.Tech in Mechatronics, Electronics and Communications, Instrumentation, Electrical and electronics and computer science.
· Preferred: Pursuing M.E or M.Tech in Robotics.
