Develops with partners the objectives/scopes and strategy of the project​/范围和战略Accountable for Project planning including Timelines, costs, scope and risks负责项目规划，包括时间表、成本、范围和风险Leads and monitors with an End-to-End Mindset the execution of one or multiple projects以端到端的心态领导和监督一个或多个项目的执行Manages project controls: review of project deliverables / expenditures, reporting, follow ups, management of project changes and risks/支出、报告、跟进、项目变更和风险管理 ​Conducts project communications and management of site and global stakeholders ​Is responsible for the overall achievement of the objectives of his project: design fundamentals / costs / deadlines / quality / HSE / industrial performance负责实现项目总体目标：基础设计/成本/截止日期/质量/HSE/工业绩效Updates the project progress summary in the tools (including Shine) by ensuring compliance with good management practices for the projects undertaken and in particular compliance with the financial rules auditable by the Group (imputations to cost centers / project numbers, commissioning/scrapping, allocation of expenses to the categories indicated OPEX/CAPEX & INT/EXT, etc.)​ 更新（包括Shine）中的项目进度小结，确保遵守所承担项目的良好管理实践，特别是遵守集团可审计的财务规则（估算成本中心/项目编号、调试/报废、将费用归类到指定的OPEX/CAPEX和INT/EXT类别等）Acts as an interface – within the scope of the project – with site functions (operational and support functions) / external operational contacts / related projects在项目范围内，充当与现场职能（运营和支持职能）/外部运营联系人/相关项目的对接人Performs regular activity reporting to its client and the Project Portfolio Management team at site and where required the global PPM teamPPM团队汇报进度情况Presents the project in the corresponding governance committees for review and decision making在相应的组委会中对项目进行审查和决策Fosters sharing and application of best practices and digital solutions to the job scope, creating maximum transparency and access whenever possible.Be responsible for HSE in his/her position and job.

Scientific bachelor degree preferably in chemical, biochemical or pharmaceutical engineering or business / finance degree/金融学位Exposure to Production, Supply Chain, Chemical engineering, Process Technology, Project Investment, Finance, Quality and Regulatory requirements, with minimum 5 years of total industry experience5年的行业经验A good knowledge of the constraints and regulations in force in the pharmaceutical industry (GxP, FDA, etc.) 熟悉制药行业（GxP、FDA等）的现行规章制度和法规要求Strong knowledge of project management and project portfolio management in a manufacturing site environment, with a proven 3+ years experience in managing complex projects with significant budgets and/or significant team size/或庞大团队规模的复杂项目方面拥有3年以上的经验Strong leadership skills and experience (minimum 5 years) with proven track record in building and leading cross-functional teams5年），在建立和领导跨职能团队方面有着良好的跟踪记录Experience and agility on digital tool supporting project execution and monitoring具有对支持项目执行和监控中使用数字工具的经验和敏锐度Financial acumen and understanding of industrial strategy to build the project strategy and business case具有财务敏锐度和对产业战略的理解，以构建项目战略和商业案例Play to Win Behaviors: Stretch; Take Action; Act for Patients & Customers; Think One Sanofi: 超越自我, 主动出击, 以患者和客户为本, 团结一致
