NTT DATA Services currently seeks an **IT M&A Project Manager**
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior IT M&A Project Manager** with strong experience in **Pharma or Manufacturing Operations** , specializing in **IT integrations for complex acquisitions** . The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise managing **large-scale ERP integration programs** , leading **multiple interdependent workstreams** , and driving successful **application and data integration initiatives** . This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to effectively communicate with **C-level executives** .
**Key Responsibilities**
**M&A IT Program Management**
+ Lead end-to-end **IT workstreams for M&A initiatives** , including due diligence, discovery, Day 1 readiness, and post-merger integration (PMI).
+ Drive planning, execution, and governance of **IT integration strategies** across the organization.
+ Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and acquisition objectives.
**ERP & Application Integration**
+ Manage **large, complex ERP integration programs** with multiple dependent workstreams (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, etc.).
+ Oversee planning and execution of **application integration** , including system rationalization, data migration, interfaces, and process harmonization.
+ Ensure all integrations align with enterprise architecture, compliance, and IT security requirements.
**Program Leadership & Governance**
+ Establish PMO standards, RAID logs, communication plans, and executive dashboards.
+ Conduct program reviews, monitor progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies.
+ Lead cross-functional workshops, steering committee meetings, and project governance forums.
**Stakeholder Management**
+ Communicate effectively with **C-level executives** , business leaders, and technical teams.
+ Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
+ Build strong partnerships across IT, operations, and business units to drive integration success.
**Required Experience & Qualifications**
+ **58 years of experience** in IT Project/Program Management.
+ **5+ years of** mandatory experience in **IT Mergers & Acquisitions** , specifically within **Pharma, Manufacturing, or Operations** domains.
+ **5+ years of** proven experience managing **large-scale ERP integration programs** with multiple interdependent workstreams.
+ **5+ years of** strong hands-on expertise in **application integration** , system consolidation, and migration programs.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in highly complex, fast-paced environments.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
+ Strong organizational and leadership capabilities with a track record of delivering high-impact programs.
+ PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications (preferred).

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is **(65 - 70 $/hourly )** . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
