The M&A Leader will work in an extremely entrepreneurial environment and will be responsible for building relationships with software business owners, brokers, and the like, with the ultimate goal of capital deployment and investment. You will be a full-cycle M&A professional with salesmanship and charisma for business development activities, but also have analytical and financial authority to manage and execute the due diligence process.
