Mécanicien de bâtiment – JLL
Ce que ce poste implique : Ce rôle de mécanicien de bâtiment électromécanicien est essentiel pour assurer le bon fonctionnement et la maintenance des systèmes critiques dans nos installations spécialisées. Vous serez responsable de la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements HVAC, des systèmes pneumatiques, des pompes et des systèmes de filtration, contribuant directement à l'excellence opérationnelle de JLL et à la satisfaction de nos clients. Cette position offre l'opportunité de travailler dans un environnement technologique avancé tout en développant votre expertise dans des systèmes complexes.
À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :
Maintenance et entretien des systèmes HVAC, incluant l'alignement des courroies, poulies et moteurs
Gestion complète des systèmes de neutralisation (bassins de neutralisation, contrôle pH, inventaire des sondes et agents)
Entretien des systèmes RO, stations sanitaires et systèmes d'air comprimé
Surveillance et maintenance des pompes (dosage, condensés, chauffage, eau domestique, vacuum)
Collaboration avec les techniciens de contrôle pour les tests d'équipement et validation des sondes
Documentation électronique des interventions et utilisation du système Metasys
Assistance aux équipes pour les urgences et coordination des travaux spéciaux
Qualifications requises :
Minimum 5 années d'expérience en maintenance HVAC et 20 années d'expérience en bâtiment industriel
Connaissance approfondie des systèmes pneumatiques, pompes et VFD (maintenance et paramétrage)
Maîtrise de l'électricité concernant les équipements HVAC jusqu'à 600v
Capacité à interpréter les rapports d'analyse vibratoire et les spécifications d'équipement
Compétences en dépannage et réparation de systèmes complexes
Expérience avec les systèmes de filtration et contrôles de pression statique
Autonomie et sens des responsabilités dans un environnement critique
Qualifications préférées :
Expérience en toxicologie et connaissance des opérations spécialisées
Formation sur les systèmes Metasys pour relevés historiques et ajustements
Connaissance des systèmes de détection incendie en environnement vivarium
Expérience en plomberie et travaux d'excavation coordonnés
Capacité à travailler dans des conditions climatiques extrêmes
Formation continue sur les nouvelles technologies HVAC

Building Mechanic – JLL
What this job involves: This building mechanic electro-mechanical role is essential for ensuring optimal operation and maintenance of critical systems in our specialized facilities. You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment, pneumatic systems, pumps, and filtration systems, directly contributing to JLL's operational excellence and client satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to work in an advanced technological environment while developing your expertise in complex systems.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Maintain and service HVAC systems, including belt and pulley alignment and motor alignment
Manage neutralization systems (neutralization basins, pH control, probe and agent inventory)
Service RO systems, sanitary stations, and compressed air systems
Monitor and maintain pumps (dosing, condensate, heating, domestic water, vacuum pumps)
Collaborate with control technicians for equipment testing and sensor validation
Electronic documentation of interventions and Metasys system operation
Assist teams with emergencies and coordinate special excavation projects
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC maintenance and 20 years experience in industrial buildings
Excellent knowledge of pneumatic systems, pumps, and VFD (maintenance and parameter settings)
Proficiency in electricity concerning HVAC equipment up to 600v
Ability to interpret vibration analysis reports and equipment specifications
Troubleshooting and repair skills for complex systems
Experience with filtration systems and static pressure controls
Autonomous and responsible approach in critical environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in toxicology and knowledge of specialized operations
Training on Metasys systems for historical data and adjustments
Knowledge of fire detection systems in vivarium environments
Experience in plumbing and coordinated excavation work
Ability to function under extreme climate conditions
Ongoing training on new HVAC technologies
