Job Description
The Consultant - Strategic Initiatives is a high-impact, execution-focused role designed to enable global leaders with high-quality insights, executive-ready reporting, and disciplined execution of strategic and service initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, service enablement, and program management, acting as a force multiplier for global teams. The role is designed to accelerate decision-making, improve visibility, and enable scalable service operations across global teams. This role is not about repetitive repsorting, it is about turning ambiguity into insight, insight into action, and action into measurable outcomes.
The candidate is expected to combine business intelligence expertise with service enablement and project management capabilities, supporting leadership through data-driven insights, executive-ready storytelling, and disciplined execution of strategic and operational initiatives across Teams.
Key Responsibilities
1.Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics
oDesign, build, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools
oConsolidate data from multiple systems (service platforms, operations, finance, HR, product) into single-source-of-truth insights
oPerform trend analysis, variance analysis, root-cause analysis, and basic forecasting to support operational and strategic decisions
oDefine, track, and continuously improve KPIs, SLAs, OKRs, and operational health metrics
oEnsure data accuracy, governance, validation, and reconciliation across stakeholders and regions
oTranslate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for executive and leadership audiences
2.Executive Reporting & Leadership Enablement
oPrepare and maintain exec-ready decks, dashboards, and summaries for QBRs, operating reviews, and leadership forums
oConvert raw data into clear charts, visuals, and talking-point-ready slides aligned to leadership priorities
oMaintain version control, documentation, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and reliability
oProvide rapid-turnaround analysis for leadership asks, escalations, and fire-drill requests
3.Service Enablement & Strategic Project Management
oAct as a catalyst in supporting planning, execution, and tracking of cross-functional initiatives
oManage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status reporting for service and operational programs
oSupport initiatives across service delivery, implementation, product readiness, process optimization, and client experience
oDrive standardization of intake processes, reporting mechanisms, and execution rhythms
oEnsure initiatives move from concept execution measurable impact, with clear ownership and timelines
oSupport leadership in prioritization, trade-off decisions, and progress visibility
4.Process Excellence & Documentation
oDocument current-state and future-state processes, operating models, and workflows
oDevelop and maintain SOPs, templates, trackers, playbooks, and repeatable tools
oIdentify opportunities for automation, simplification, and scalability across reporting and service processes
oPartner with global teams to ensure process adoption and consistency across regions
5.Stakeholder & Global Collaboration
oPartner with global and offshore stakeholders across service, operations, product, finance, and leadership teams
oProactively follow up to collect inputs, updates, risks, and data dependencies
oAct as a trusted analytical and execution partner to senior leaders and program owners
oOperate effectively across time zones, cultures, and evolving priorities

6.Required Skills & Qualifications
oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel expertise (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, modeling)
oHands-on experience with Business Intelligence and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
oExceptional PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills
oExperience supporting senior leadership, strategic programs, or PMO/service enablement functions
oAbility to work with incomplete, evolving, or ambiguous information
oStrong attention to detail, data accuracy, and quality
oExcellent written and verbal communication skills
oAbility to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment
7.Nice-to-Haves
oExperience in service operations, shared services, consulting, or enterprise SaaS environments
oExposure to HCM, HR Tech, FinTech, or large-scale enterprise platforms
oExperience in process automation, reporting automation, or analytics transformation
oFamiliarity with Agile, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies.
