Under direct supervision learns to operate logging-while-drilling and directional drilling tool(s) and services as assigned. Must be able to read well plan, execute directional drilling and to perform basic maintenance at the wellsite. Performs all required responsibilities safely and as described in work instructions. Executes other related duties as assigned by the supervisors.  Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. Must complete all training and development programs required within Step II of the LEAD Field Specialist Program and all local training and development programs.

In this role you will be:  

Have an understanding of measurement/ logging whilst drilling fundamentals such as mud pulse telemetry.

Have an understanding of the Baker Hughes MWD and or LWD tool suite.

Have an understanding of Baker Hughes directional drilling tools.

Be a fantastic communicator and team player.

Be able to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. 

Fuel your passion 

To be successful in this role you will: 

Have a degree in related subject. 

Have Norwegian and English Language Skills 

Have experience working in offshore field environment. 

Have experience working on the Norwegian continental shelf.
