Patient is dependent on G-Tube, Trach and Ventilator. Must have OVER one year LVN experience. Responsibilities: + Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. + On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders + Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. + Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. $500 bonus is offered after 30 billable work shifts and must work a minimum of 3 days a week.
