Luxury Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level experience to every client from introduction to final delivery Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Guide clients through the vehicle selection, test drive, and purchase process with professionalism and expertise Stay informed on product knowledge, features, and brand updates Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall dealership performance Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and follow compliance procedures Work closely with the sales, finance, and service departments to ensure seamless customer service Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business
