Get ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estate! For our Property Management department, we're currently looking for a Financial Controller / Portfolio Manager. He/She is responsible for the administrative, financial and legal management (and reporting) of a portfolio of managed buildings for third party investors.
He/she will guarantee high-quality and efficient administrative and financial management for our clients, mostly professional, institutional and international real estate players.

**What’s in it for you?**
+ Financial management: invoicing of rents and common charges, settlement of common charges and taxes, indexation of rents, debtor monitoring, etc.
+ Periodic financial and administrative reporting (to clients) + attending management meetings with clients
+ Drafting, coordinating and following up budgets (CAPEX, OPEX, rental income) in consultation with the clients
+ Implementation of financial management procedures and controls
+ Administrative and legal management: drafting of lease agreements and addenda, follow-up of rental guarantees, correspondence with tenants, clients, suppliers and authorities, follow-up of permits, follow-up of legal files, ...
+ Implementation and use of an IT data management system (Yardi, Property V4...) + further development of the system, testing, standardization of tasks, procedures and documents, optimization, efficiency gains, document management, ...
+ Updating the database in the IT data management system (rental contracts, guarantees, etc.)
**Let’s talk about you**
+ Higher economic/financial education: Master's degree in commercial sciences, Applied Economics, commercial engineering
+ Several years of work experience in a financial or accounting position (e.g. audit)
+ Experience with the Yardi or Property V4 software is an advantage but not a must
+ Computer minded (knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Hands-on mentality, perseverance, meeting deadlines
+ Excellent coordinating, organizational and communication skills
+ Proactive, ability to prioritize, accurate
+ You are fluent in French, and you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
