Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lund Experience and Opportunities Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact brand experiences. This role is responsible for creating memorable events that elevate brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker has an affinity for the water, an interest in angling and a love for the outdoors with a strong background in experiential marketing, event strategy, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic vision for experiential marketing and events.
Lead the planning, execution, and management of marquee and dealer events.
Serve as the strategic lead for events, facilitating experience design and strategy discussions with executive stakeholders and external partners.
Conduct ongoing research to identify innovative experiential opportunities aligned with evolving consumer trends and business goals.
Build and manage strong vendor partnerships, leveraging industry best practices to optimize event impact and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, Management, or a related field preferred; an Associate’s degree with equivalent experience will also be considered5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, or a related field. Proven success in enhancing brand recognition in competitive markets through diverse marketing channels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects independently. Excellent problem-solving and diplomatic communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations.Other Requirements:
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across the U.S. and Canada.
Location: New York Mills, MN (Ability to be on-site up to 3 days a week)

The anticipated pay range for this position is $82,000.00- $133,00.00 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
