Responsibilities:

Load, unload, sort, and stack lumber for pallet production.Assist in building, repairing, and assembling wooden pallets according to production requirements.Operate forklifts to move bundles of lumber, finished pallets, and materials throughout the yard and facility.Inspect lumber for quality, remove defective boards, and prepare usable material for assembly.Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all lumber-yard and equipment safety standards.Work closely with production leads and forklift operators to support daily workflow and meet production goals.

Education: No formal education required.
