Duties and responsibilities related to theLuggage Porterrole
Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.Transport guests’ luggage from arrival points (e.g., car, taxi) to the front desk andsubsequentlyto theirrooms, andassistwith luggage during check-out and departure.Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about room features, hotel amenities, and services asappropriate.Safely store and retrieve luggage, ensuring proper tagging and documentation for easyidentification.Communicate effectively with the Front Office team and other departments to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.About you
Previousexperience in a similar role within thepremiumhospitality segment is preferred. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with attentiveness, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently whilemaintaininga positive guest experience.
