Activities Deliver lubricants budget covering: Volume, GMVC, DSO and Yalla Cash objectives. Foster close working relationship with Distributors using DMS methodology Actively engage POS to build demand for company products – improve product visibility in store & boost sales out. Develop company brands in the area through POS – improved visibility and access. Reporting using CRM tools (visit reports/activities/prospects etc)Provide feedback on key market & competitor activities.Actively promote company loyalty program usage (Yalla Cash) and track usage index – set regional promotions. Contribute towards marketing plan and roll out in the area. Activate POS convention / seminars in the area Adhere to company’s code of conduct & values. Respect Anti-corruption, Antitrust and conduct business with integrity whilst adhering to the Safety rules. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience (lubricants sales experience is preferable) Effective sales, communication and analytical skillsCustomer centric mindset and solution driven Strong key account management skills & ability to work remotely. Responsiveness in treating the internal and external demands.Energetic and success driven whilst having the ability to perform under pressure Additional Information TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth and offers equal opportunity careers.
