Requirements: + Basic automotive knowledge and tools. + Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. + Able to navigate technology with confidence. + Adheres to safety protocols. + ASE certifications preferred Responsibilities: + Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy and in accordance with Lithia and Honda standards. + Road test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. + Perform routine maintenance with a focus on oil changes, fluid services and tire rotations. + Accurately record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures.
