Who we are looking for: + Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile. + Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred, not required + Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions. + Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. + A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service. + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Responsibilities: As an Express Lube Technician you will be responsible for completing assigned services and/or repairs in an efficient and effective manner, providing workmanship that displays pride and quality. + Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. + Assist in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles. + Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs under the guidance of senior technicians. + Work closely with the service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. + Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. + Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
