The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Maintenance Technician located at our Service Center: 2780 Richmond Highway Arlington, VA 22202

 

The Maintenance Technician will perform minor vehicle maintenance services across several manufacturer lines according to manufacturer specifications. 

 

The starting rate of pay is $22 / hour based on a 40 hour work week.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levelsPerform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelinesRepair and replace tiresReplace wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers)Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a repair order (RO) to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repairComply with part and inventory tracking proceduresProvide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all servicesMay process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy backsFollow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standardsMaintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standardsSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications Must have one year of automotive repair training at an accredited technical/trade school OR a minimum of 6 months of repair experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles.Ownership of standard hand tools to perform repairs and maintenance on current model vehicles (produced in the last 5 years) preferredMust have experience using repair shop testing and service equipmentMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must have a valid US Driver's licenseMust have a satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products requiredMust be able to understand, read, write and speak EnglishMust be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.Must be at least 18 years of age
