**Life Cycle Engineering (LCE)** is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability.
**What You Will Do:**
The LTAMDS Team is looking for a **Cross Product Team (CPT) Lead** to plan and execute the sustainment strategy for the LTAMDS and Ghost Eye Product Line. The lead will be responsible for ensuring the Life Cycle Engineering roles and responsibilities are executed on time and within budget. You will be integrated into the program to ensure sustainment is integrated into the design, production and fielding of the system.
As a **CPT Lead** you’ll work closely with the Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Global Mobility, EXIM, IPT Leadership and Program Management teams to apply disciplined program management processes and utilize tools to establish and monitor metrics and trends to ensure excellence in execution.
Additional responsibilities may include:
+ Driving performance to cost and schedule targets
+ Responsible for executing program scope within cost and schedule requirements
+ Maintaining open and frequent communication with other program leads
+ Generating/Leading proposal inputs on all relevant scope
+ Sustainment Strategy through the life cycle of the program
+ Resolving cost, scope, and schedule issues
+ Establishing and driving roadmaps for sustainment activities
+ Supporting Change Control Board (CCB) Meetings
+ Regularly interacting with the USG and foreign customers
+ Leading the LCE discipline execution
**Domestic and International Travel Will Be Required**
**This position will be based in Tewksbury, MA.**
**This position is designated as ONSITE. Commuting costs to and from named the facility are the responsibility of the incumbent.**
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically Requires: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 10 years of relevant Supply Chain, Program or Project Management or Engineering experience. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position.
+ Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or managing project or program cost, schedule and risk.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret clearance is required. US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Experience executing DoD sustainment and/or product support activities and with US Army / DoD Radar Programs
+ Experience with radar and/or sensor systems, or other advanced electronic systems.
+ Experience with proposals development/management
+ Experience with Risk/Opportunity Management tools and processes
+ Experience using program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar tools
+ Ability to lead, along with peers, the development of long range plans to capitalize on future opportunities
+ Ability to overcome obstacles and negotiate change
+ Strong communication skills, verbal and written
+ Demonstrated comprehensive planning skills with the ability to analyze technical and financial data and reports Exceptional judgment and decision-making
+ Demonstrated consistency, accountability and flexibility managing multiple, varied and competing priorities.
+ Demonstrated track record of developing customer relationships to meet contractual requirements.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
