Now Hiring: Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) LPN Location: Rocky Mount, NC Shift: Nights, 7p-7a Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP Pay: Local rate $40 Hours : 36 hours/week, every other weekend LTAC LPN – Job Description An LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) LPN provides skilled nursing care to medically complex patients who require extended acute-level treatment. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, wound care, managing trachs/vents within scope, and supporting recovery under RN and provider supervision. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and comfort working with high-acuity patients.
