Job Description

Responsibilities

Formulate proactive LCMS application solutions and DEMO experiments for unexplored application territories.Write and coordinate essential application documents, including application reports, operating procedures, and training materials.Provide comprehensive instrument and software training to clients on-site.Assist clients in developing tailored LCMS analysis methods for specific samples and analysis requirements.Optimize chromatographic separation and mass spectrometry conditions.Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, service, and R&D.

Requirements

Proven experience with LCMS-based characterization of protein drugs, including intact mass, peptide mapping, and PTM of ADCs and AOCs.Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative analysis of small molecule drugs, such as drug metabolism and natural products.Experience in peptides or Oligos analysis is advantageous.Excellent communication skills to explain sophisticated issues to clients with varying technical backgrounds.Strong adaptability to frequent business trips and flexible work arrangements.
