职位描述：

1.    具有行业最佳实践的视野，能以财税顶层规划赋能企业客户发展战略。

2.    识别企业新老客户对财务/会计/税务流程和报告的业务需求，与内外部团队合作，撰写符合客户期望的财税数智化转型方案。

3.    定期与合作客户进行沟通，建立良好的长期合作关，密切跟踪项目进展，促进成单。

4.    跟进项目交付进度，统筹内外部资源，确保项目按时交付和验收。

任职资格：

1.    具备较强的学习能力和优秀的沟通能力及自驱力；

2.    性格坚韧，思维敏捷，具备良好的应变能力和承压能力；

3.    有敏锐的市场洞察力，有强烈的事业心，责任心和积极的工作态度；

4.    对《建设世界一流财务管理体系》《电子凭证会计数据标准》《电子会计档案管理规范》等有深入理解和落地实践经验；

5.    至少5年以上财税项目售前和落地实践经验，至少有1个以上大型集团企业财税项目咨询、落地实践经验；

6.    熟悉央国企审计数字化及企业全面风险管理者优先
