Now Hiring: Long Term Acute Care LPN Location: Rocky Mount, NC Shift: Nights, 7p-7a Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/26 or ASAP Pay: Local & Travel Available, Weekly Pay Hours : 36 hours/week , every other weekend Position Summary: An LTAC LPN provides direct care to medically complex, high-acuity patients. Key responsibilities include managing ventilators, performing trach care, administering and monitoring G-tubes/PEG feeds, and maintaining PICC lines under facility protocols. The LPN monitors vitals, administers medications, performs wound care, documents patient status, and supports rehabilitation goals. This role requires strong critical-thinking skills and confidence working with advanced medical equipment in a fast-paced, acute environment.
