Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at CHI Lisbon Health, you will provide compassionate nursing care to our residents, under the direction of a physician or Registered Nurse. Every day, you will assess resident needs and deliver essential physical or psychosocial care. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of those we serve.

What You'll Do:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and directed by RNs.Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and resident responses.Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.Perform wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident care, conditions, and observations.Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.Respond promptly to resident needs and assist in emergent situations.Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other staff to develop and implement care plans.
Job Requirements
Graduate of accredted school of nursing. Licensed Practical Nurse issued by the state of North Dakota (LPN:ND)Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Assocation. Where You'll Work
