**NOW HIRING: An LPN to fill the position of a part time LPN Nurse Supervisor for BAYADA Home Health Care!** **Location: Maui, HI** **Remote: NO** **Position: Part Time LPN Supervisor** Description: + Participate in the hiring of field staff and interview process, as applicable. + Assist in new hire orientations and client-specific orientations. + Supervise assistive personnel through observing care rendered in the home and through review of documentation to ensure services meet state supervisory requirements. + Report any changes in the patients condition or unmet social determinant health and safety needs. + Provide feedback to employees including recognition, counseling, and termination of employment. + Assist in regular field staff performance evaluations with Clinical Manager oversight and Client Service Manager/Director input. + Functioning as a liaison between field and office staff. + Act as patient advocate, as appropriate.
