Supervises nursing activities and resources within clinical specialty or department under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, functioning within scope of license in a clinic or practice setting. Responsibilities: Coordinates staff scheduling and educational/development activities.| Identifies and contributes to resolution affecting the delivery of patient care. Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementation of quality assurance and/or improvement initiatives.| Serves as resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient care, patient flow and clinical standards, policies and procedures.| Monitors departmental compliance requirements.| Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
The pay range for this position is $25.59-36.59
