Your Role in Action + Welcome and prepare patients—gathering medical histories and vital signs with warmth and accuracy. + Ensure exam rooms are patient-ready and well-equipped, creating a calm and efficient environment. + Assist providers in exams and minor procedures—like suture or staple removal, dressings, and reproductive health support. + Collect specimens, perform point-of-care testing, transcribe provider orders, and maintain accurate patient records. + Provide compassionate patient education and administrative support, including referrals, authorizations, and patient follow-up processes. What You Bring to the Table + Credentialed: Must hold either a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential. + Preferred: Clinical experience in women’s health or OB/GYN, current CPR certification, and familiarity with relevant medical terminology and protocols. + Personal Qualities: Empathetic, detail-oriented, adaptable, and an effective communicator who thrives in a collaborative clinical setting.
