Active LPN license in good standing

Experience in occupational health, industrial, urgent care, or emergency settings preferred

Responsibilities

Provide health care services to the organization's employees in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement training programs to ensure employee safety in the office.Monitor trends and causes of employee safety events and works with colleagues to identify areas of
safety risk.Complete and/or coordinates completion of reports as required by state and federal agencies and the
organization as it relates to OSHA, Worker's Compensation, Infection Control, Environment of Care.Educate nurses about employee safety protocol and communicate any changes.
Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

 

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire
date or job transfer date required. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
