We’re currently seeking a **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** for a **full-time nights shift** in our brand-new **Memory Care Unit** . In this role, you’ll provide direct nursing care and oversee daily activities of CMTs and CNAs. Responsibilities include: + Administering medications and nursing care per resident care plans + Supervising staff and coordinating shift activities + Supporting new admissions and discharges + Communicating with families and physicians + Monitoring resident health and reporting changes + Demonstrating strong customer service and professionalism **Job Requirements** Applicable Experience: 1 year Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Licensed Practical Nurse - Various Diploma - Nursing **Job Details** Full Time Night (United States of America) **_The best place to get care.
