LPN: Long Term Care City/State: Leonardtown, Maryland Hours: 36 Start: ASAP- Flexible Shift: Days or Nights Available Length: 8 weeks Notes: Every other weekend required. Rooming Payment Details $15 each day stayed Staff will sign the St. Mary’s Onsite Housing Guidelines Form and will discuss/handle payment during their first week with St. Mary’s – IT DOES NOT COME OUT OF THEIR CHECKS Staff will discuss the payment plan with St. Mary’s & sign the agreement prior to getting the key to their room. They will try to be flexible on the rooming/payments but please read below! Nurses: If they’re working 3x12s & they only want to stay a couple days a week then that is fine – they will only pay for those few days. Rooming Details Staff will get their own rooms on a unit that is not currently being used Private bathroom but dorm style showering (shared shower) TV, Cable, Microwave, Fridge Free parking Public transportation goes right to the facility - can take it for groceries, laundry mat, check out the town, days when they're off, etc. The Long Term Care LPN assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.
