Community health/hospice or medical/surgical experience is preferred. + Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the State. + Comply with accepted professional standards and practice. + Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. + Possess and maintain current CPR certification. + Understand philosophy of hospice concept . Also understand needs of the terminally ill. + Use own knowledge and experience base and other resources as necessary to make logical decisions and solve problems. + Demonstrate good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
