Job Requirements

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

Education Requirements

High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required)

Minimum Experience Requirements

Two years of recent LPN experience (preferred)

License/Certifications Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (required)Basic Life Support (required)IV Therapy (Required  upon hire or within three month of hire/transfer)

Physical Requirements 

Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Schedule: Full time (nights)
